 Warming Fall Smoothie

Ingredients

½ cup Coconut Milk

½ cup water

¼ cup oats

4 Frozen pumpkin puree cubes* (pre-freeze canned pumpkin puree in an ice cube tray)

½ pear (I use Barlett)

2 Tbsp Coconut cream

1 Tbsp Tahini

1/8 tsp Turmeric

¼ tsp Cinnamon

 

Directions

1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend!

2. For more sweetness, use a whole pear instead of half.
