Raw Vegan Cutlets

1 soft avocado

2 finely shredded carrots

Lemon juice (half lemon)

¼ medium onion chopped

1 stalk finely chopped celery

1Tbsp. cilantro chopped

Herbamare spice to taste or sea salt, oregano, or other dry green spices you like


Optional: 2 Tbsp sunflower or pumpkin seeds



1. Smash avocado with lemon juice and Herbamare spice.

2. Add the rest of the ingredients.

3. If the mixture feels too soft add more shredded carrots or carrot pulp from making a carrot juice. If the mixture is too dry add more avocado.

4. Form medium size cutlets and enjoy.
