Raw Vegan Brownies 

Ingredients

1 c walnuts

1 c dates

1/4 c cocoa powder

2 avocados

1/3 c-1/2 c agave nectar (or honey if can’t find

agave nectar)

1/4 c cocoa powder

2 tbsp coconut oil

1 tbsp vanilla extract

Dash salt

Dash cinnamon

Directions

1. Blend all first three brownie ingredients in food processor until dry and chunky.

Press mixture into small pan and set aside.

2. Blend the rest of the ingredients in blender or food processor until smooth.

3. Spread over brownie mixture and chill in freezer for 1 hr. Cut into pieces and serve.
