Carrot Ginger Smoothie 

Ingredients

1 bunch of carrots with some of its greens

1 avocado

1/2 lemon

1/3 inch piece of fresh ginger root

Pinch of sea salt and cayenne pepper

Spring water

Directions

1. Put all ingredients in your juicer.

2. Add water to cover all ingredients.

3. Blend and drink immediately.
